Location : Franklinville, NJ 08322

Position Type : Full-time, In-office

Salary : $50,000-$60,000

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented buyer / purchaser to support our Procurement Managers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all materials and equipment necessary for our projects are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires collaboration with our Project Management and Estimating teams to ensure that each job is completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Procurement Managers in ordering materials and supplies for various projects.

Compare pricing and terms between different vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to track and maintain project budgets.

Order safety and construction equipment required for job sites.

Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and vendor information.

Track orders from placement through delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to compare pricing and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
