Job Summary:
Supports department/clinical area level improvement efforts for clinical and operational stakeholders utilizing process improvement, analytics and change management methodologies.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Green Belt or equivalent (through experience or comparable reputable certification) required within year of hire.
Minimum 3 years professional experience in a healthcare environment (i.e. nursing, quality, lab, imaging, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with project management or process improvement/change management initiatives
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or equivalent preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities.
