Bakery Lead - Front of House Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This position offers a consistent Thursday through Sunday schedule, with shifts typically running from 9 AM to 5 PM. Perfect for those who thrive during the busy weekend hours!

As the Bakery Lead - Front of House Manager, you'll start your day by making sure everything is neat, clean, and ready for customers. You'll greet and assist customers with a smile, help them choose their favorite baked goods, and answer any questions they have about our products. You'll also take care of pricing, labeling, and keeping displays fresh and full throughout the day. Behind the scenes, you'll assist with stocking, receive deliveries, and work with the pastry team to ensure everything is running smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BAKERY LEAD - FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

• Experience with POS systems
• Barista skills
• Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
• Strong proficiency in basic math (including fractions)
• Capability to read, follow instructions, and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
