Frog Holler Produce seeks an experienced 3rd Shift Foodservice Shipping Supervisor to join our thriving team. Frog Holler delivers the freshest produce and specialty foods to Ann Arbor , Grand Rapids, Toledo, and metro Detroit’s best restaurants, hotels, and sporting arenas! The Night Shipping Manager will lead a team of selectors to ensure the safe and efficient picking and selecting of customers' orders and manage the loading process of palletized orders on our delivery trucks.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plan, coordinate, and manage all processes and procedures of the night shift relating to pulling, picking, fulfillment, and loadingPerform management functions of weekly schedules to meet labor budgets and necessary deadlines for procurement and route timesConduct daily shift meetings recapping wins and losses from the previous day, important information about the current night, and any other pertinent company informationOrganize routes, pick sheets, and labelsOrder pre-cut products from our processing plant utilizing inventory reports to fulfill the current day’s demandProactively communicate with other departments about any issues or information key to their successAchieve continuous improvement in productivity and labor costs by setting expectations, providing feedback, establishing improved processes and driving changeFoster a team environment built around product quality, efficient operations and strong work ethicFoster a team culture where everyone is focused on our customers and is willing to step up and support other members of the team as neededMaintain a safe work environment and be an advocate on safety in the workplaceQUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 3 Years successful management experience in a warehouse settingExperience in the Food Service IndustryExperience using ERP systemsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to work flexible hours depending on workloadStrong leader ready to train, coach and mentor employeesAbility to make decisions, problem-solve, prioritize and direct department activitiesMust have computer skills including MS Word, Excel and ability to learn new systemsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to work in a refrigerated facility for extended timesAbility to bend and lift with up to 70 poundsAbility to move on and off equipment
