Landscape Installer / Design / Crew Leader

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in various tasks
- Plant, lay sod, grade, install drains and hardscapes, build retaining walls
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Build and maintain flower beds and landscapes
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscape equipment and tools
- Provide guidance on proper techniques for landscaping tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape installation and irrigation installation/repair
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of landscape and irrigation practices
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and other construction equipment
- Proficient in irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in towing and loading equipment on trailers.
- Experience in building outdoor structures such as patios or retaining walls.

CDL is a plus but not required.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
