FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency, is a collaborative powerhouse formed by the merger of three innovative organizations. Since 2016, we have been dedicated to helping clients navigate their digital journeys by creating engaging products and optimizing existing platforms across shopping, banking, travel, and entertainment.
FROM is looking for a US or Canada-based Marketing Outreach Manager to provide highly professional and sophisticated nuanced messaging to past, current, and prospective clients to develop and nurture relationships.
A key responsibility for this manager will be to act as an extension of the leadership team to help communicate on their behalf to the marketplace whether helping to increase brand awareness, build relationships, or promote specific offerings to selected target audiences. This will involve collaborating with leadership on understanding the audience, understanding the relevant offerings, shaping the tone and goals of specific communications, drafting suitable copy, managing follow-ups, and tracking communications across multiple channels.
Communications may serve any of the following marketing activities: customized FROM events (such as executive dinners), webinars, conference-related communications and follow-ups, general account-based management nurture messaging, social media correspondence, personalized posts, and other expressions of our brand to audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Understand overall goals of specific marketing activity or campaign
· Understand the target audience(s)
· Understand the relevant offers or other core message topics
· Collaborate with leadership team member(s) on specific style, tone, personalized messages for target audience(s)
· Draft engaging copy and get approval where/when applicable with appropriate leadership team member(s)
· Apply suitable best practices for copy and messaging for specified channels, platforms, and formats – emails, social media posts, social media messaging, invitations, Powerpoint slides, event brochures, website landing pages, and other messaging expressions of the brand in marketing and outreach
· Provide quality assurance support in marketing materials production, where applicable
· Potentially attend and support events and client workshops to guide brand quality and delivery
· Ensure tracking of responses as applicable for each outreach activity and guide results reporting
· Write follow-up messaging, staying close to relevant leadership team members
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
