The responsibilities of the Project Manager – Football Technology (STATISTICS) include, but are not limited to, supporting the Football Technology Department in the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet established deadlines.
- Lead execution of program and project work plans/timelines and integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, key events, risks/assumptions, and scenarios, as appropriate.
- Keep all team members on track and informed on status, issues, and action items.
- Support the project team from the initiation phase through closeout of the project.
- Structure and develop project plans.
- Manage documentation for and present updates on Project Kick-off, Project Milestone Updates, and Project Closure to Project/Program teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Organizational skills (A MUST)
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel/PowerPoint (A MUST)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with different levels of employees, professional contacts and vendors.
- Microsoft Project experience would be helpful.
- Jira experience would be helpful.
- Experience with Software Development projects is needed.
- Azure Dev Ops experience is helpful.
- 3 years minimum experience managing projects; 5 years preferred.
- Knowledge for the game of football HIGHLY preferred.
