What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of enthusiastic associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build and enhance our social media presence to connect with our community and promote our brand.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring that we meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain open availability to meet the needs of the store and support your team.
What We're Looking For:
- A candidate with a background in dance or cheerleading, who understands the needs of our customers.
- Previous experience in boutique management is a plus!
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and online.
- A proactive and creative mindset to engage with customers and enhance our social media presence.
