What You’ll Do :
As our Business Office Manager, you will :
Lead Financial Operations : Plan, develop, and implement financial programs and activities aligned with state and federal regulations.
Analyze and Report : Monitor key performance financial indicators and report outcomes to leadership monthly or as needed.
Streamline Processes : Manage billing, accounts receivable / payable, payroll, and general ledger functions using best practices and regulatory compliance.
Drive Excellence : Oversee and ensure timely monthly billing, facility income statements, and cost reports.
Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor Business Office personnel, fostering a culture of positivity, respect, and collaboration.
Promote Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory changes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based purchasing programs, ensuring the facility’s fiscal health.
Enhance Resident Services : Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and trust.
What We’re Looking For :
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : At least three (3) years of experience in a billing or supervisory capacity within a hospital, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting.
Knowledge : Deep understanding of skilled nursing home regulations, Medicare / Medicaid, and financial reporting.
Skills : Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and financial software with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
