We are currently seeking an Technical Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing and deploying automation projects, as well as driving business growth. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, formulating business strategies, achieving sales targets, launching new products, and promoting offerings at various events. Additionally, the Technical Sales Specialist will provide troubleshooting and technical support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation projects and business plans.
- Act as the primary contact for automation technologies.
- Resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Introduce and train on new automation products.
- Ensure success of promotional activities and events.
- Provide expertise in automation technology to sales teams.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training.

- A technical degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation Software.
- Strong background in electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in sales discussions and negotiations.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and promotional programs.
- Strong presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to compliance standards and ethical business practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of vendor guidelines, compliance, and code of ethics, including Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Eaton.
