Front Line EMS is looking for experienced EMTs and Paramedics to join our team for nationwide wildland fire deployments. This is an opportunity to provide essential medical support in demanding environments while earning top pay.
Weekly Pay - You are paid your full paycheck every week
Overtime - After 40hrs earn time and a half (x1.5). Up to 72hrs of overtime per week while deployed!
16 hours every day - Every shift while deployed is logged as 16hrs regardless of how many hours you work.
Travel - Paid same rate for travel to and from fire deployments and counts towards overtime.
Pay Rates:
- Paramedic - $34-$42 per hour (with wildland fire experience min starting $37)
- EMT - $24-$32 per hour (with wildland fire experience min starting $27)
- Plus $200 per week Health and Wellness stipend
The ideal candidate will have 30 days of availability between May and October.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of 911 or comparable experience
- Valid State EMS License & Driver’s License
- FEMA ICS-100 & ICS-700 - (Can acquire after onboarding)
- Wildland Fire Certifications: S-130, S-190, L-180, Pack Test - (Can acquire after onboarding)
