Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and IM teams on pre-sale media planning
- Oversee the execution and day-to-day management/optimization of cross-channel partnerships, ensuring partner expectations and deal terms are delivered within the parameters of each deal.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to maximize campaign performance
- Lead post-sale client communication to ensure campaign objectives and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Creative Strategy, Social, and Newsletter teams to ensure seamless execution of partner elements to the highest standards.
- Oversee the partner newsletter process, including inventory management and proofreading, to ensure consistent, best-in-class execution.
- Manage third-party vendors to support the planning and execution of campaigns.
- Strategic and collaborative (along with AE) revenue driving via Renewals, Upselling, and Cross-selling.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital media sales function
- Passion for sports and business is a plus.
- Attention to detail
- Keen knowledge and understanding of relevant media platforms, including newsletters, ROS display, multimedia, social media, and branded and original content.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to project manage and oversee multiple initiatives while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into easily digestible insights.
- Proven track record of success while working in a client-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
