SUMMARY
This position implements, maintains, and supports the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare, our Accounts Receivable (AR) system. It will serve as the subject matter expert for both systems and work closely with the finance team to ensure they meet their needs. The Application Manager will also lead and manage other finance-related IT projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The duties listed below are essential functions of the position that must be performed to effectively perform the position in at least an acceptable manner as defined by Front Porch. In the future, other duties may be assigned and considered essential functions of the position:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Provide support to end users of the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Develop and implement solutions for finance-related IT projects.
- Conduct requirements definition, gathering, research, and analysis for finance-related IT projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Develop and deliver training programs on the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage the implementation of new modules and functionalities within the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare.
- Lead and manage other finance-related IT projects.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
