Office Manager
Front Range Asphalt Maintenance, LLC is a growing, independent paving company. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager will be responsible for the organization, management and maintenance of our office procedures. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of office management and have great attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- College Degree or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in office management or related field (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties and projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities and be flexible.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Google Drive, Email, Web Based Applications.
Duties include:
- Financial and Accounting Process Manager - Payroll, Accounts Receivables (A/R), Accounts Payables (A/P), cash management, monthly financial reporting, payroll taxes and quarterly unemployment taxes, business banking, credit account management
- Benefits Administrator - Health insurance, sick pay and FAMLI pay administration, vacation administration, workers compensation, return to work processes, life insurance, disability insurance, IRA funding administration
- Office Process Manager - Timecard and job sheet review, municipality use tax administration and review, licensing, and bonding of business, monitor and manage wages to Colorado prevailing wage requirements, job costing, routine cash flow analysis, Estimator metrics updates and review, invoice payment, profit/loss ledger and all banking activities, General Liability/Umbrella/Auto insurance policy management
- Colorado and US Department of Transportation Compliance
- Vehicle registration and use tax payments, Class A and B driver records and drug testing program administration, FMCSA compliance, DOT enforcement
- Manage all Human Resources functions - Payroll, US citizen verification, unemployment, personnel attendance and discipline, payroll garnishments, employee documentation and records management
- Ensure all accounting processes are in compliance with standard accounting practices
- Manage and control the company’s line of credit for optimum cash flow and profitability
- Conduct cash flow analysis and report results in a clear and concise manner to ownership weekly
- Manage implementation of policies and procedures and maintain up-to-date company training records
- Well versed in Quickbooks and Microsoft Suite

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
