Front Range Electric is a Colorado Springs-based electrical contracting business who services the Front Range. For 20 years, we have serviced Colorado Springs northward to Denver and Fort Collins. In 2025, we plan to expand our Colorado footprint and service area further. There is opportunity for growth here, which is why we need you! We need an Office Director who shares and delivers those same values.
Role Responsibilities:
It is estimated that your time will be a 50/50 split overseeing internal objectives versus external needs.
· Process billing and oversee collections; track project progress as it pertains to billings
· Deliver top-tier customer service and internal interactions; communicating with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and employees
· Support management with unforeseen tasks and changes; they arise frequently and the ability to pivot with grace and patience is critical
· Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and vendors through various channels; kindly acknowledge and resolve complaints as they arise
- Examples – schedule and follow up on inspections, confirm customer information, answer questions, make payments, set boundaries and expectations, troubleshoot software issues, propose solutions to unique problems, schedule vehicles for service
· Maintain call notes, records and other important documentation
· Develop an electrical and industry vocabulary; we will support you
· Onboard / offboard employees
Role Requirements:
· Experience in account management, project management, human resources, accounting or managing a team
· Regularly meet in Colorado Springs or Castle Rock for morning meetings (estimated twice per week). This is currently a hybrid role (80% work from home, 20% meeting in the Springs/Castle Rock) yet we are identifying a new office location in Castle Rock and anticipate migrating this position to an office-only or minimal hybrid role.
· Occasionally make a trip to the bank, notary, or project site (estimated 1-3 times per month)
· Hours 7am – 4pm, Monday through Friday
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and independent thinker
· Proficient typing, computer and software navigation
· Must be very dependable and prompt
· Ability to stay calm during conflict and articulate needs
· Bonus if you have experience with Quickbooks Online
Benefits:

· Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrues every bi-weekly payroll period at the following rates.
o Worked 90 days = 2 days PTO

· Paid Holidays – New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
· Bi-weekly payroll
