Job Summary: At Front Range Holdings, we are looking for an office manager who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to help our business thrive. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office manager will provide strong, reliable support for operations by providing company-wide support, facilitation of office operations, and properly representing our corporate office as the first face visitors see when they walk in. This person will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
  • Greeting visitors and deliveries as the first point of contact when entering the building.
  • Review both physical and electronic mail for all Front Range Holdings brands.
  • Manage and coordinate brand calendars.
  • Account management to ensure accurate records in various digital management systems.
  • Maintain office inventory, deliveries/returns for staff, and tracking/shipments of hardware such as computers/tablets/etc.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
  • License verification, vehicle tracking, and related documentation.
  • Gift card, trophy, and flyer distribution.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Data entry, survey creation, and ticket tracking.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in office administration or similar roles.
  • Strong use of Microsoft Suite required; able and willing to use technology to improve processes for efficiency while maintaining accuracy
  • Background in relevant areas and the business sector is preferred.

  • Interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry; possessing a customer service attitude

  • Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously as well as redirect priority based on needs of others
  • Self-directed and a problem solver. High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to improve and document processes

Pay: $25.00 - $37.50 per hour
