Front Range Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Water Mitigation Specialist to join a reputable property restoration company that has been proudly serving Colorado for over 14 years specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation. The Water Mitigation Specialist will primarily respond to water damage situations, performing tasks such as drying, cleaning, and restoring affected areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and earn substantial income in a high-demand industry. Worksite is located in Peyton, Colorado. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM; flexibility required for On-Call after-hours work.

Pay starts at $22 - $30 per hour.
Profit-sharing opportunities after transitioning to permanent employment.
Cell phone allowance.
Company-provided vehicle for job site travel.

Position Description :

Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and assess the extent of the damage.

Perform water mitigation tasks, including structural drying, cleaning, and removing damaged materials.

Operate equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and extraction tools.

Document job progress using company-provided tablets and software (no paper documentation).

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters.

Utilize Xactimate for job documentation and estimation (preferred).

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipment.

Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.

Drive a company vehicle to job sites within the local area.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience :

Knowledge of water mitigation techniques and best practices.

Background in construction or property restoration.

IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification and EPA Certification preferred.

Valid Colorado Driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Must own a reliable vehicle.

Experience in water mitigation, blackwater cleanup, and removal of hazardous materials.

Familiarity with construction practices and a basic understanding of building structures.

Computer literate with experience using tablets.

Business knowledge, including understanding profit margins, is a plus.

Experience with Xactimate software.
