The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal regulations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and payroll, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
