The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment

work environment. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and affirmative action initiatives

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee rights, and workplace conduct.

Competencies:

- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
