We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hip hop dance and possess the ability to teach students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring students to develop their dance skills. The Dance Instructor will also be responsible for managing classroom dynamics and ensuring that each student receives personalized attention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive dance lesson plans tailored to different skill levels.
- Teach various dance styles with an emphasis on ballet, ensuring proper techniques are demonstrated.
- Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students of all ages.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a focused learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Organize and participate in recitals or performances to showcase student progress.
- Collaborate with other instructors on curriculum development and special events.
- Maintain a safe and clean studio space for all classes.
Skills
