As a new business Sales Manager you will lead and develop a team of SB / Mid-Market Account Executives within a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the new business team, the development of your team, and Front's success. This role will require strategy, urgency, and the ability to drive a team to exceeding revenue targets.
What will you be doing?
- Hire, train and develop an accomplished team of full cycle small business and / or mid-market Account Executives
- Develop and coach the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
- Drive outbound pipeline across your team through KPI management and rigor
- Assist your team throughout their sales cycles to help them land new business ranging from tactical to highly complex / multi-stakeholder
- Regularly report on both team and individual results and forecast your business with accuracy on a monthly / quarterly basis
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with peers and cross functionally to drive cohesive processes and ensure alignment
- Experience leveraging a CRM (Salesforce) to manage your business and pipeline
What skills and experience do you need?
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our Chicago office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
