Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, branding, and growth strategy at te company. This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic thinker who can integrate innovative marketing techniques with data-driven decision-making. The Marketing Manager will oversee customer acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with company vision for sustainable growth and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, and positioning.
  • Manage and refine Lleumerias brand narrative to align with its innovation-driven ethos.
  • Design and implement growth campaigns targeting tech entrepreneurs, investors, and innovators.
  • Oversee multi-channel acquisition efforts, including digital marketing, content, influencers, and paid media.
  • Develop data-driven retention programs using automation, CRM, and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize conversion funnels with A/B testing, analytics, and UX/UI enhancements.
  • Align marketing with sales to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Implement customer segmentation to target high-value audiences effectively.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Utilize AI-driven marketing technologies for personalization and efficiency.
  • Explore strategic partnerships, PR, and collaborations to expand reach.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives through blogs, whitepapers, and industry events.
Key Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in tech, innovation, or startup ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in brand management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, performance optimization, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment and conversion-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, Web3, blockchain, and sustainability-driven marketing strategies is a plus.
