This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Medicine Practitioner with Geriatric Experience to join our team as a Full-Time Primary Care Physician. Your responsibilities will include providing primary medical care to elderly patients, developing treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also function independently, making decisions regarding medical needs and health regimens. Additionally, you will perform medical procedures as necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician with a minimum of one year of experience working with elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, we require candidates to be board certified, have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation. A recent EMR system, TruChart, is used in this facility. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate must have a current BLS certification, DEA registration, and controlled substance registration. In addition, a state medical license in Massachusetts is required.
