Signing Bonus: Full time new hires will be eligible for a signing bonus of $15,000 after (90) days of employment (minus applicable taxes and withholdings). You agree that if you voluntarily end your employment with Frontier Airlines, Inc. or are terminated for cause within twelve (12) months of your start date, you will repay a pro-rate share of the signing bonus for – 1/12 of the total bonus amount per month remaining in the term.

Oversees the resources, functions and operations of the Yield Management department with specific focus on driving revenue production through process, systems, and automation enhancement.
Essential Functions
- Lead a team of one manager and 6-8 analysts responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue across Frontier’s network. Fosters an environment of continuous improvement across the team and champions new ideas.
- Present on a regular basis to senior leadership on key KPIs and progress against initiatives. Coordinate weekly performance meetings and identify key focus areas to drive revenue production across the business.
- Responsible for providing strategic direction for Revenue Management’s forward roadmap from day-to-day business process opportunities to large cross-functional initiatives. Help lead department in dynamic pricing and total revenue maximization efforts working collaboratively with Decision Science, Pricing, and Ancillary teams.
- Responsible for training, coaching, and mentorship of direct reports with a wide range of tenure. Provide individual development plans to foster analyst development and hold regular performance conversations.
- Identify broad trends across the network and work collaboratively with Pricing, Network, Marketing, and other teams to take tactical actions to improve revenue performance champion continuous improvement across the business.
- Responsible for ownership of yield management business process and best practices, able to quickly identify issues and process gaps and address systematically through process.
- Work collaboratively with Revenue Analytics organization to identify reporting needs, automation opportunity, and system improvements.
- Jointly own Revenue Management system including technology, training of users, and working collaboratively with vendor to suggest enhancements and modify configuration parameters as needed.
- Develop and mentor team members, provide regular performance conversations
- Ensure analysts understanding of economic drivers, their impact on revenue performance, and actions align with expectations / performance trends
- Ensure adherence to business process and best practice
- Monitor and manage revenue management system and automation
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes, including determining needs, designing solutions, and implementation
- Provide ad hoc analysis
- Strong collaborator within the department, other internal departments, and relevant third parties
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Aviation Management or related field required
- 6 years of experience in pricing and revenue management required; airline revenue management experience preferred
- 3 years of direct people leadership experience required
- 2 years of experience with day-to-day usage of a revenue management system preferred
- Knowledgeable of dynamic pricing, demand forecasting and optimization techniques with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvements.
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Eye for identifying need for process improvements and ability to translate into an action plan
- Able to clearly and concisely summarize performance trends or variance to route-level forecasts to all levels of the organization from analysts to executives
- Experience working with revenue management systems, processes, and automation with strong understanding of dynamic pricing or demand forecasting and optimization
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL required; experience with Python strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of revenue management fundamentals beyond core yield management with experience collaborating between multiple groups to drive revenue production
- Demonstrates consistent deductive and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
