What Will You Be Doing?
The Aircraft Appearance Supervisor oversees the Aircraft Appearance department’s day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to developing and supervising Aircraft Appearance Agents and Coordinators as well as outside vendors. (as described in the AAPM manual).
Essential Functions :
- Provide leadership, direction and on-the-job training to agents and coordinators.
- Assign and distribute workload to Aircraft Appearance Coordinators and Agents.
- Monitor employee performance and take corrective action as necessary.
- Evaluate daily manpower, assign work teams and ensure maximum coverage.
- Perform daily audit of “Aircraft Security Check” forms.
- Processing of department time and payroll.
- Analyze future flight schedules to assist in creating shift bids for department.
- Ensure adherence to airport and aircraft security regulations and report any violations and / or potential violations to management.
- Identify possibilities for operational improvements and communicate them to the Mgr, Aircraft Appearance.
- Monitor employee and aircraft safety and report any hazards or incidents to management.
- Ensure adherence to airport and aircraft security regulations and report any violations and / or potential violations to management.
- Serve as liaison between Frontier and contract cleaning in Frontier stations.
- Communicate effectively with various departments.
- Monitor and order supplies.
- Assist the flight crews, coordinators and agents when necessary.
