What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Senior position at Frontier Auto Parts?
Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting individual to join our team.
What you will do :
- Verify that orders are filled and print invoices
- Process customer returns and answer billing questions
- Assist drivers in the field with invoice changes
- Check in drivers and process invoices / post payments
- Work with Customer Service and Warehouse team members as needed
- Maintain and update team procedures
- Monday - Friday (7 : 30 am to 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm)
- Hours over 40 hours / week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate
