Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting / Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our office operations and help with essential accounting tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, a proactive attitude, and an interest in working both independently and collaboratively.
Duties
- General office experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
- Strong multitasking ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Solid administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain filing systems
- Process credit card payments
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Data entry tasks
- Handle shipping duties (create labels, schedule freight/UPS)
- Verify customer orders
- Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup
- Place orders for office supplies
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Provide general office support as needed
