FRONTIER DEVELOPMENT, INC., seeks an experienced and motivated civil construction project manager with emphasis on heavy equipment work to head up our newest office in Taos, NM. The scope of work includes dirt work with experience in bidding and managing reinforced concrete and drainage. Your responsibilities will include developing new projects, managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution. You will conduct regular site inspections, review construction plans and specifications, identify potential risks, implement proactive measures to mitigate them and verify that all the work is performed to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications - 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in New Mexico. Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management, e.g. PMP.
