What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Representative
- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate and well-organized customer records
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Ensure each customer has a positive and seamless experience
What We’re Looking for in a Customer Care Representative
- Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or similar role
