Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Motorcycle Detailer to join our team. This role involves cleaning and detailing motorcycles, assisting with shop maintenance, and supporting various store operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with a flexible attitude, a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motorcycle Detailing: Clean, detail, and prepare motorcycles for delivery or display to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Motorcycle Handling: Safely move and load motorcycles onto lifts (training will be provided).
- Shop Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties including; cleaning the shop, maintaining equipment like tire machine filters, etc.
- Driving: Pick up and drop off motorcycles as needed (requires a clean driving record).
- Event Support: Assist with event setup and teardown, ensuring the shop is prepared for customer-facing activities.
- Daily Productivity: Stay busy and work through the scheduled bike services for the day.
- Team Support: Be willing and able to assist in various areas of the shop as required.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record (required for pickup and delivery tasks).
- Ability to learn and safely handle motorcycles.
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks and events as needed.
