Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and apparel based on their needs.
- Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson motorcycle models, parts, and customization options.
- Accurately process parts orders, both in-store and via phone or online requests.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the parts department and inventory.
- Process incoming parts shipments and perform inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure parts availability for repairs and customizations.
- Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with new Harley-Davidson products, tools, and accessories.
- Assist with pricing and promotions on parts and accessories as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a parts department, preferably with Harley-Davidson or other motorcycle brands.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly Harley-Davidson products.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot parts-related inquiries or issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and assisting customers for extended periods.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching to retrieve parts from shelves.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
