Motorcycle Parts Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Harley-Davidson Parts Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles, particularly the Harley-Davidson brand, and possess a strong knowledge of parts and accessories. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and apparel based on their needs.
• Provide expert knowledge on Harley-Davidson motorcycle models, parts, and customization options.
• Accurately process parts orders, both in-store and via phone or online requests.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the parts department and inventory.
• Process incoming parts shipments and perform inventory checks.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure parts availability for repairs and customizations.
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Keep up-to-date with new Harley-Davidson products, tools, and accessories.
• Assist with pricing and promotions on parts and accessories as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a parts department, preferably with Harley-Davidson or other motorcycle brands.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly Harley-Davidson products.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot parts-related inquiries or issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license (Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not required).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and assisting customers for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching to retrieve parts from shelves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
