Frontier Physical Medicine is hiring a receptionist for our location on Enterprise Rd in Clearwater Florida.
Duties & responsibilities of the receptionist include confirming & reconfirming all new patients for their appointments, routing all patient files properly, doing insurance verifications on all new patients, routing patients on their next step of the line, updating the practice management software to create a new patient chart for every new patient that comes into the practice, scheduling out full care plans once the patient starts care & managing provider schedules & appointments.
Receptionist must have excellent communication skills & be presentable, must be very organized and detail oriented, must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced high pressure environment where multitasking is necessary.
