What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Frontier Supply Company?
Frontier Supply Company is hiring for a Sales Representative. This position requires excellent customer service. Sales representative will work with customers in-person, over the phone, and over email. Our customer base consists of private contractors, individual homeowners, and large commercial accounts. Writing orders, invoicing material, processing returns, and pulling products are all responsibilities of the sales department.
Accuracy in using a keyboard and POS system, while maintaining fast and cheerful customer service is a must. Individual must be able to self-lead and work through issues independently.
Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or heating industry or supplies is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time position; however, part time may be considered for the right individual.
