General Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide “world class” customer service for all Transport customers
2. Process all bulk truck orders
3. Manage customer inventory in multiple systems
4. Create deliveries and goods issues in SAP
5. Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
6. Manage offsite railcars
7. Act as liaison between customer and operations
8. Responds to customer related issues with effective verbal and written communication
9. Ensures accurate data entry
10. Meets all established deadlines
11. Solves problems with effective trouble shooting
12. Answers all customer complaints in a timely manner
13. Understands and maintains all customer systems
14. Understand and maintains our systems
15. Gives necessary instructions to operations in a timely manner
16. Manages all documents essential to superior customer service
Mission Critical Outcomes
- ≥ 98% order accuracy
- Responds to customer complaints within 30 minutes of notification
- Maintains a 3 day advance plan and 1-day need analysis
- All bulk truck orders set up 7 days in advance
- All SAP orders for LyondellBasell goods issued within 24 hours of shipping date
- Monthly reports completed by the 10th of each month

- Meets customer deadline 100% of the time
- Maintains a 5 day planning horizon

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
