Job Title: Front Load Trash Truck Operator
Frontier Waste Solutions is seeking a qualified Front Load Trash Truck Operator to join our team. As a Front Load Trash Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a front-end load truck to collect and dispose of solid waste and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
As a Front Load Trash Truck Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting and transporting solid waste and recyclables to designated disposal facilities.
• Operating a commercial-grade truck and ancillary equipment on assigned routes.
• Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure timely and efficient collection services.
• Participating in regular safety meetings and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• At least three years of satisfactory driving experience with a Class A or B vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to climb into and out of the truck multiple times per day.
