JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Marketing Communications Lead will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance Frontier’s brand, products, and services to our channel partners. As part of a globally distributed organization with offices in the USA, Mexico, the EU, and the UK, this role will collaborate with teams across multiple regions. This role is responsible for content creation and distribution, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop and implement global communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Align marketing efforts with Frontier’s brand positioning and business objectives.
Management & Content Creation
• The creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Craft compelling messaging and communications, including press releases, fact sheets, and advertising campaigns for
different B2B audience segments.
• Manage updates, proofing, publishing, and production of digital and print collateral (literature, videos, customer
communications, etc.).
• Organize key customer events, trade shows, and market research initiatives.
Campaign Execution
• Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media efforts.
Brand Alignment & Collaboration
• Work closely with Frontier’s global network of partners and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and share best
practices.
Performance & Analytics
• Track, manage, and report on marketing budgets and event expenditures.
• Measure and analyze ROI for marketing initiatives and events.

What You Bring to Frontier:
• 4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, and strategic brand execution in the B2B Audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, G Suite, and leading social media management software
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools to drive targeted campaigns
• Expertise in CRM software such as HubSpot, optimizing customer engagement strategies
• B2B marketing experience, with a track record of executing high-impact programs across multiple regions
• Strong background in content marketing, with an eye for creative, engaging, and strategic storytelling
• A digital-first mindset, while balancing traditional marketing skills to engage diverse audiences
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of transforming technical details into compelling user benefits
• Data-driven approach to marketing: prioritize, measure, and optimize campaigns based on business impact and customer insights
• Ability to develop and nurture long-term partner relationships through creative, tailored engagement strategies
