We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our growing business. If you’re organized, great with customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Customer Communication – Answer calls, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Administrative Support – Assist with estimates, invoices, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Project Coordination – Track material orders, schedule subcontractors, and update job statuses.
- Marketing Assistance – Manage social media posts, request Google reviews, and update the company website.
- Light Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Help track expenses, payments, and document project costs.
- General Office Duties – Organize files, maintain digital records, and keep the office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in an office or administrative role (construction or remodeling industry is a plus!)
✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional and friendly communication with clients and vendors
✔ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with email, Google Docs/Sheets, scheduling tools, and social media
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
✔ Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive – We need someone who can take initiative!

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
