Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Scheduling Coordinator to support our team by managing project timelines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to keeping projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather necessary information for scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
- Maintain project documentation and organize workflow processes.
- Support project managers in administrative and logistical tasks.
