Position Summary
As a Complex Claims Adjuster at Frontline Insurance, you will handle multifaceted claims that require strong investigative skills and a deep understanding of insurance regulations. Your role will involve analyzing coverage, evaluating damages, and preparing action plans. You'll also mentor less experienced adjusters, assist with training, and respond to catastrophic weather events, as needed. This position demands technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended hours based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Management : Verify facts of loss, analyze coverage, and adjust the entire claim, including collecting and reviewing all loss-related facts.
- Inspection and Communication : Contact insureds to schedule property inspections and keep them informed throughout the claim process.
- Investigation and Documentation : Determine the method and extent of investigation, review investigative materials, and document all claim actions.
- Claims Resolution : Apply advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputed claims, attend mediations, and coordinate the appraisal process.
- Mentorship : Serve as a mentor to less experienced adjusters and assist with training and development.
