Position Summary
As a Daily Claims Adjuster at Frontline Insurance, you will be responsible for the timely and effective handling of homeowner claims. You'll play a critical role in investigating claims, evaluating damages, and ensuring fair and prompt resolutions in line with company procedures and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Management : Review, analyze, and process first-party homeowner and dwelling property claims within assigned authority limits, ensuring high-quality service to customers.
- Policy and Coverage Analysis : Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability, and damages, and document findings for claim resolution.
- Customer Service : Provide superior verbal and written communication to all insureds, delivering exceptional service throughout the claims process.
- Fraud Detection : Examine claims for potential fraud and refer cases to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) as appropriate.
- Collaboration and Training : Participate in Claim Roundtables, training sessions, and special projects to continuously improve claim handling processes.
