What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and order property inspections for accurate risk classification.
- Review inspection reports for quality assurance and accuracy of building components.
- Communicate with inspection vendors, underwriters, and agency partners to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage inspection data across multiple software platforms.
- Perform data entry and link information between systems.
- Reconcile inspection invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Handle inquiries from inspectors, agents, and insured parties, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with evolving department needs as you grow in the role.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a related field (insurance, construction, inspections, or administrative support).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional undergraduate coursework is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction or contractor certification (CRC, CBC, or CGC preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
