What you can expect as a Lead Business Analyst:
- Ensure requirements and user stories are clearly defined, complete, and development-ready across projects and maintenance backlog work.
- Oversee production support analysis, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of Digital Portals related issues while maintaining production SLAs.
- Support the development and QA teams, providing clarity on requirements, addressing questions, and ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate and support UAT testing, ensuring system changes meet business needs before deployment.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Guidewire Digital Portals, guiding decisions on system functionality, workflows, and integrations.
What we are looking for as a Lead Business Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in insurance technology or digital transformation projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within Property and Casualty Insurance, with a preference for Guidewire Digital Portals
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
