We are an established 3PL company seeking a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. Responsibilities
- Arrange the booking, pick up and delivery of our clients freight
- Monitor carriers pick up and delivery
- Ensure requirements of our customers are met
- Finding new carriers
- Resolve customers issues to provide customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with carriers
Required education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivealent, preferred
- At least 1 year of Logistics experience, required
- Proficency in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
