You will play a key role in shaping our talent landscape, championing our employer brand, and driving innovative recruitment practices. The Hybrid arrangement for this position will require 1-2 days a week of onsite in our Creve Coeur, MO Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber passive engineering talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, anticipating business needs and market trends.
- Use advanced sourcing tools and AI-enabled tools to maximize outreach and engagement.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine interview frameworks, and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Deliver high interview-to-offer conversion rates through insightful candidate assessments.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights on recruitment progress, talent market conditions, and challenges to influence decision-making.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain real-time reporting on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous efficiency gains while maintaining the highest quality of hire.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a top-choice employer.
- Deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- A results-driven recruiter with a minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse functions, including technical and business-critical roles.
- Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and networking strategies to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment initiatives with business goals and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Process-oriented with experience leveraging data and recruitment tools to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building trust with candidates and internal teams.
- Adept at working in a high-growth, dynamic environment and balancing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Familiarity with global recruiting processes and compliance requirements.
