Frontline and Baymont Bath are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our fiberglass bath and shower product lines. The Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development, market strategy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong blend of market research, product management, and strategic thinking to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and implement product road maps for fiberglass bathtub and shower solutions.
- Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications and features.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Analyze competitor’s products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
- Create detailed business cases to support new product launches or product enhancements.
- Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align product strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure production feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Partner with quality assurance to uphold product standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing products, including updates, discontinuations, and inventory strategies.
- Track KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-drive decisions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, pricing and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer insights and support customer needs.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to represent product line.
