Marketing and Operations Manager Role:
The Marketing and Operations Manager will collaborate with operations and team members to implement marketing and development programs across regions, driving performance while enhancing and maintaining company policies and procedures
Work closely with operations and site teams to conduct quality control assessments of online and print advertisements, model units showrooms, leasing center displays, and collateral distribution, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Guarantees the accuracy of marketing materials and signage for new developments, rebranding efforts, and large-scale redevelopment projects.
Oversees the implementation and maintenance of marketing programs, processes, and standards across multiple regions.
Enhances and preserves the organization's brand image through strategic messaging, branding, and online presence.
Executes marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ensures that community websites are properly established and consistently updated.
Builds and maintains strong vendor relationships, particularly those related to advertising and listing services.
Develops and implements lead generation and nurturing strategies using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Provides expert troubleshooting and marketing strategy support to communities.
Designs and manages outreach marketing programs as necessary.
Reviews marketing expense reports, traffic data, online analytics, weekly summaries, and advertisement publications to offer data driven recommendations.
Assists in the creation and revision of organizational policies and procedures, including reviewing, drafting, and distributing them.
Effectively communicates changes to policies and procedures across the organization.
Participates in industry events and networking opportunities to foster relationships.
Ensures compliance with local property laws, fair housing regulations, and risk management practices.
Protect and uphold the integrity of the organization's brand.
Background Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management marketing/operations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with property management software.
Collects data and designs processes.
Resolves issues quickly and effectively.
Manages projects from start to finish.
Listens, resolves conflict, and adapts to new ideas.
Collaborates well and supports team success.
Clear and persuasive in both written and spoken forms.
