Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary focus is new client acquisition, including networking to develop leads; identifying target customers; prospecting with a high rate-of-return; determining prospect needs and capabilities; presenting how No Boundaries Marketing Group products provide a significant return on investment; and closing profitable deals in a timely manner (less than 30 days).
- Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance managing an existing list of clients and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline.
- Leverage company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth by developing a detailed understanding of specific No Boundaries Marketing Group products and services, process and operations, tools, and resources.
- Research, review and analyze information about competitors' products and services to develop a detailed understanding of specific competitor activities and their impact on market positioning to improve our competitive position.
- Maintain a full understanding of No Boundaries Marketing Group products and services to exhibit knowledge and digital expertise to educate clients, provides recommendations, build on client enthusiasm and confidence regarding performance of their marketing programs.
- Create and conduct customer presentations, proposals and demonstration over the phone, in-person, and virtually.
- Work with the assigned Client Success Manager to manage all aspects of client projects including onboarding, schedules, project planning, asset creation, implementation and management, client feedback and expectations, budgets, project strategy and reporting.
- Utilize CRM effectively and efficiently recording all sales activity.
- Deliver an accurate sales forecast and prospecting summary to the management team on a weekly basis.
- Efficiently answer and respond to client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Utilize social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our products and services and grow our audience engagement, website traffic and revenue.
- Engage with influencers, manage online community; experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram are required.
- Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
- Proactively work with local business associations and Chambers of Commerce to promote our products and services.
Goals:
- Complete assigned daily and monthly account tasks in the CRM. Ensure CRM is up-to-date and document all client communication.
- Contact each client a minimum of once per month to review their marketing strategy.
- Successfully onboard new clients per timelines listed in the Company Training Guide.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 1 business day.
- Provide constructive feedback on internal and external partner performance to identify areas of opportunity and improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure timely completion of all project tasks and inquiries.
- Maintain an 97% quarterly client retention rate (any loss in client retention will be reviewed by the executive team).
- Solicit referrals on all client interactions, obtaining a referral from 5% of your client base monthly.
- Identify new sales opportunities within current client base and grow existing client revenue by 5% quarterly.
- Successfully complete 5 revenue generating meetings per week. (Phone, Virtual, or In-person)
- Prospect 75 new sales leads per day and record all sales activities in the CRM.
- Complete 4 new client sales per month.
- Encourage clients to leave positive reviews on the Company’s Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Social Media.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Demonstrated sales experience, particularly in a marketing context.
- Knowledge of product marketing strategies and techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
- Familiarity with marketing trends and best practices to enhance client engagement.
Candidates who pass the first interview will need to spend an hour shadowing a Client Relationship Manager to understand the position and be sure it's a good fit for both parties.
