Senior Manager of Human Resources Role :
The Senior Manager of Human Resources will act as a key strategic business partner to the Vice President and General Manager, shaping and driving HR strategies that support the business unitâ??s growth and operational goals.
This leader will oversee staffing, employee engagement, talent development, and ensure compliance and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Will support a team of 300 employees across multiple manufacturing sites and field operations across the nation.
Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders on human capital management.
Align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives to support growth and operational excellence.
Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels for all locations and field teams.
Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, labor law compliance, and training initiatives.
Drive programs and policies that promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
Ensure regulatory compliance and consistent application of employment standards across all sites.
Collect and analyze HR data to guide informed decision-making and optimize HR practices.
Provide leadership, development, and mentoring to HR team members.
Senior Manager of Human Resources Background Profile :
Bachelors degree in human resources
8 years of HR and Management experience.
Progressive HR leadership experience, including managing teams and strategic planning.
Proven success in HR roles within complex, multi-site, or matrixed organizations.
Experience supporting manufacturing environments and geographically dispersed teams is highly desirable.
Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to evolving priorities.
Familiarity with labor law and regulatory compliance.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel 20% to support teams across locations and field operations
