Store Director Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead operations for an established specialty retailer. This role involves overseeing a diverse array of market departments, including meat and seafood, produce, an in-store bakery, deli, extensive prepared foods, wine, cheese, and grocery. Manage and oversee all operations, ensuring smooth functionality across departments.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales growth, and boost profitability.
Ensure high standards of merchandising and product displays to maximize sales potential.
Hire, train, and schedule staff, fostering a team culture while maintaining optimal staffing levels.
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a focus on satisfaction and quality service.
Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all operations.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring product freshness and availability while minimizing waste.
Analyze and utilize financial reports to guide operational decisions and meet budgetary goals.

Store Director Background Profile :
Bachelor Degree or Higher
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role in specialty grocery or restaurant management.
Certification in Food Safety Management is required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team building.
Familiarity with local market trends and community engagement.
