We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Community Liaison (Marketer) to join our team in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions for home health services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources in the community
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referrals and admissions
- Educate referral sources on the benefits of home health services and our agency's capabilities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients
- Track and report on referral and admission activity to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing, preferably in home health
- Proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
